- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
5 ?+ @: U+ T/ c4 H* s+ N8 K. M1 n- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
# N4 n/ |2 f  [- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.

5 i' k- s2 P4 Z' i( m- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
% z4 i3 K" h6 [3 ?& K9 @- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
2 Y/ }3 o4 c0 |6 A0 J0 C0 O- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
3 w5 j' Z1 R# ?% l% j- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
