- Secondary school graduate
/ U5 T8 P" x$ z- @0 c2 v- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
  N: ]& @3 S& D# {7 M0 K9 p- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
' u" B; p( X5 o9 ?4 J  E- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
8 H+ L; m2 L! P% L& D, m0 A  g- Professional appearance and attitude.
  H; a  }& b+ k, d- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
" d' F( r% u( F3 P+ ~& Y5 ?- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
