- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.

# Q, L" Z( }0 N. l' G- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

) o( f& o" `4 ?& C9 y! g- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
/ ]2 ~8 K4 {+ I# b( x- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
