Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
/ l/ d2 k' b4 ^- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
" t7 D/ ?7 q+ L5 A! H1 h8 j, x- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
/ j, o' t6 U1 m2 m5 {* z6 O5 L- Professional appearance and attitude.
0 {/ m! {8 I, S: b- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
