Job Responsibilities:

) K* b) v! f5 M- L• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
3 X# H! P0 z* k8 l# l2 G7 M1 K• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
2 u' P0 d# T& y• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
# r7 T- K, A# p! a$ C1 X• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
/ {: E( j* F' ]" X• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
, [) s2 y+ O# n) O0 N9 n; Y' k8 ?5 X  ~• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
