; W& T$ d0 k$ q' u( H• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
% k) n/ K/ W" l& G% e: k• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
/ p" O. e! ]; v( K) m• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
( {/ s) ~+ a; a+ y! W% S  ]• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
- [2 ~) o/ t& G+ t• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
# C3 g% \' ]/ X6 g" ]" f• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
# E" V; K, F# P/ P5 Q& D0 @• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
+ d  |. c! d* a& _; h" a6 y" O• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
' k( H  ?+ i8 F1 n3 _: G, B• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
