IS Macewan GOOD LOCATION?

为什么呢？北面的Twin Brooks不错，南面的Rutherford也可以，111 Street对面的Richford的有些房子价格不菲，为啥就MacEwan不好呢？

6 }1 }% z& q; x; F! DMacEwan is fairly good. But not as good as Twin Brooks and Rutherford. MacEwan has more multi-houses (apartment, duplex) and the number of rented house is higher. The followings are the comparison based on the data a year ago.

楼上的意思是，因为MacEwan容积率高，也就是多层和attached的房子比较多，密度高。
这个有道理，差不多的地段，肯定是低密度的小区质量高。

事实上，那几个区，都要特别注意新高速路的影响。现在的车流量是越来越大了。

Macewan是个不错的小区,不过房屋密度过高,开发商没怎么留下树和大空地草地,所以现在价钱不如Rutherford

为啥都往南区跑,西区也不错啊,也有好学校,有医院,有大MALL,有大同华,也有ANTONY高速
; r. ?* j) u7 z3 s- c而且EDMONTON最贵房价的区是在西边的博物馆付近那几个区,有个房子都400万了.

do you have more specific idea what community is better(with good Elementary school), even SW, Macewan is not as good as some others.
