CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

3 I( `( S' {8 h' x•        Manage all accounting transactions
0 u5 Y5 j0 u3 h+ H3 X& X* V•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  Z, v6 G" @8 B! e9 ^+ _•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
0 G  X* ]% B+ Z% ]# o. x•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
$ T6 I3 s" Z2 h  Q$ }4 I1 w•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
8 e' H$ g, a2 i( A  a/ a•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
- ?# d# U7 B- V$ W
3 d7 T! p- N) x6 O! Z/ u•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
3 _0 e  m& S; D( i2 s* F# C, L•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
4 K9 R3 ^# G( F) @0 [8 W9 L•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
# |7 v  W- ?; R+ U5 m•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
