CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

7 [6 d9 N8 D5 G* A. s& s% rResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
4 C, `4 l+ w9 D; r5 U+ }( P•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
& y* ], O; m7 k9 s! W( C" D  y•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
7 [% h* x1 f5 b: Y" J3 I3 N; J•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
+ T1 W  N8 b, z9 h2 B8 ~•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

) j4 A, k& `9 w0 D) M3 e/ Y0 r& i# uAccountant Requirements:

2 @0 u- H0 P8 ~/ C. C7 e/ S•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9 O1 ?% k4 Q) `+ ]- x! I•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
