CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
, H4 T- f% c" S, M; G8 a  b•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
* V+ b0 A; z! P•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
+ O) W6 y# |  [3 g! u! F•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
1 ~; c$ @  W9 K0 ?, S7 r•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
  |; i: \% m/ _. r) B$ c•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

' z1 e# G) `& p4 K8 CAccountant Requirements:

) |0 y" j9 l6 `•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
6 E' B9 ~3 P. i* u& b/ M( r•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
- W0 E( a- R* X( R' b7 C•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
2 s2 R( G$ P; O" z1 L( A  V•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
( f5 g, p$ e$ [) K/ [! o•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
( G) [1 ~9 g5 P•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
