CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

. f- F! }+ e( _! wResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
9 L. @2 U" U: e3 G3 H' O•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
9 W# m7 e8 V# W8 D3 z& Q3 t& z3 _4 n9 F•        Ensure timely bank payments
  L5 i2 U, i8 w•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
. h6 c( p6 r/ \1 {6 l) P" u
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
' k1 S+ T$ O3 }0 ^9 {( R2 H•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
2 m! c: q, z1 O( G. Z' h•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
* v# q! p) V+ P: z•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
: N/ ]9 D7 G  l1 Z, }•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
