CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

% b4 e2 r/ `- _% L0 U2 ~Responsibilities:
% K" l# g$ G7 t•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
6 Y! x' }; X/ c, S•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
3 W8 r) }. T* z5 z, V- d•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
/ S8 L. Q& d4 U4 c* f9 U: u' l•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
+ F8 m; d9 V7 c! F•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
, w6 K! K5 R# T& s+ V0 x6 J•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
1 z' f5 x- o, w•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

2 h  n" t* h8 r+ YAccountant Requirements:
: g7 Y, j% d: N2 n9 W3 _8 _
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

+ Q. I8 r# P" K! k  b•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
