Average house prices have hit half a million dollars in southwest Edmonton and almost $400,000 across the Capital region.

) Y% R8 ^) O5 w% O- dEdmonton-area prices averaged $398,476 for single-family homes and $325,339 for all housing forms.2 F, a: I/ G6 O) ^- o4 b
5 P& b! Z! J6 aIn only the first three months of this year, average home prices have climbed 12.4 per cent, so Pratt has abandoned her earlier forecast of a 15 per cent increase for the full year.
