Job Description
. {7 L5 O# R1 _5 IResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
% J) J0 g% z8 q' S1 Q5 [8 WResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
) m' h; }+ l6 C: ^Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
6 N' ^ S8 O3 \ SResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.1 m! L- ~+ x* \* W) n4 v) l; M
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.3 _& t+ L& I# b; D
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.) I% }. U* S5 H0 ?; s% s7 ]
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
! b7 Y! s, W- h' M; ^& q0 xImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
+ |( }" W2 t8 [$ U4 M7 U8 zBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.% F4 S, k. j% @* r0 C9 S+ `( B
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
