+ l2 n+ Y6 }" [/ \6 F8 R5 Q+ J, C; \Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.0 ^9 C! ?. b. z0 @3 X
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.' L+ V% N: L2 j% Y4 N& l7 Y6 H
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.( V3 s0 r* ~2 M. q+ s! @6 P3 U
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
( K$ k* u: q+ {5 K5 E; HResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
6 P I( q/ Y! F6 QResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
" R: ~% o3 R) M0 B; Z+ |Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ ]9 n7 q1 n# f; Y* S+ q* NImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.& b3 ]2 i. G4 h% d6 t/ X/ B3 D8 N
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.. `, f' n% V# ?
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
