Job Description
4 H* |* [( \0 P3 iResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
3 L4 L0 M6 @. T! o \; dResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.% l9 a! P) h1 ?& g$ S
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.( j# P; W' [4 ~, ], S& z
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
+ X9 J6 u% @' sResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
, [2 s9 F( D% q$ c* q& MResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.& L7 S* i; ~( l
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.: l% f8 p% U& l C% [- w9 S4 v! t
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.

Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
