The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
0 _7 y6 q+ f, K8 }0 rEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
* k( u! Y( B, o! u# L/ ZProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
4 K5 c! K5 X, p3 K) y% A  e4 a, JMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
# P/ r& W# n% _) L3 mOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
