-Job Description
The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
) n9 t' I: |% J-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
! f/ l5 u! [' _6 X/ q9 k, A: @Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
# C0 m$ P1 v6 B/ C) |7 Q4 m  K: XProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
7 o5 ~+ z. _$ m% yMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.

Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
