-Job Description
) ?7 f- y9 ?, }/ JThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
3 i9 h% |, y3 C+ eCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
9 N: \9 s7 b8 d) j5 q+ ?: [# ~/ H% dEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
; j9 U/ \# C+ c4 i, V+ J" T3 ~Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
6 V, A3 V9 ^- C4 Y2 EMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
" f8 P2 H* \* Y# d" I- dPerform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
