-Job Description
The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
* g: U) `+ u, p  ^Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
/ Q& c8 B) [0 H+ p/ b) p( vEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
1 M$ q) s; {7 V4 MProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
( Y1 N( A+ ^* R! k( w& p( n0 F. EMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
) }- y2 x- ], _3 L6 APerform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
