-Job Description
8 P$ q7 V' N5 @; K" vThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
, y5 m7 @) X, _8 T+ c-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
& }- e' n' w3 k; e* Z8 SMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
3 _+ c8 J) _1 O( ?& B& q$ @- R9 WOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
6 {& y' U/ o) A7 Q3 D8 N" U1 aMaintain daily production records.
- L) @- F5 x3 h* G; x' VPerform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
-Qualifications:
