-Job Description
# n. K4 F* K( F: ]The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
) Y8 g% F! T! f& ]Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
  K; c* {! h+ aEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
2 T5 s7 O: v" {6 l4 t8 rProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
' K0 b# ?4 W. b3 U# S$ ?Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
4 x4 y$ U3 c8 cOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
6 L+ V  Y+ q. G1 CMaintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
