-Position: Sushi Food Prep (Hiring Full-time & Part-time)

-Job Description
+ Q; D2 ^0 q; M6 c9 U$ FThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
5 n- ?1 D) u' p4 h5 L: k2 yCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
& b$ C9 |. w) t, d" w4 V  yEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
) E3 n) ~. e7 d5 ?& sOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.

4 w5 W7 h6 C8 T1 MPerform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
-Qualifications:
3 t2 F$ Q) ~0 S* i- {" nAbility to lift up to 20lbs, Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment Ability to stand for an extended period of time Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends Likes dealing with people Ability to work in a team.
