-Job Description
, D4 z; I& z7 ^* g9 pThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
3 E6 z$ _; j7 d: w1 k- w. U% _-Job Responsibilities:
9 X/ E! d8 Y% ]2 R; ^Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
2 l. W9 `3 d# K" _# z! `Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
6 q# M$ i& }) p, x; c5 J; [! m5 P" e- C# UMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
/ p3 y, _; c0 C7 s2 I( vOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.

1 s! a# z! A- c: C# Z, IPerform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
-Qualifications:
2 H; x: k- w, D# Y) D6 f) hAbility to lift up to 20lbs, Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment Ability to stand for an extended period of time Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends Likes dealing with people Ability to work in a team.
