' {9 P5 k0 O/ NŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
: @2 ?& i6 ]: f+ `" D# U6 I% jŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
6 V* }; n' C& I0 O4 T4 hŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
! O, }3 r7 c* w! Q* d8 Z0 DŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- s9 H7 L, W8 H5 N; q  ~0 _Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
6 l* X( ^' x' ~: _/ g& o' oŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
; W7 U7 w: P4 V: `$ w0 }( \Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
5 I& H) {0 L. m5 c* NExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
