工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
+ j1 z& Y. V; F0 z5 P: M9 QŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
! u1 c6 Y8 s  x; C- Y0 V, M任职要求
6 ?: P( x; h3 ?5 r* W# OŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
8 Y# J8 t* @+ s9 hŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
3 Z' S; _3 e# g/ x/ XŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
: s8 Y2 l2 D# f/ h2 ^Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

. x! I( j) e, hŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
7 [9 E6 s( p: l/ UŸ   WHMIS
8 z1 x2 p2 G  n7 ~5 i0 G, uŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
; I9 M0 \, q8 j5 q9 VŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
1 K" \( X! l+ u3 pŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
