Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
9 i0 Y  ]% t0 n7 @9 O$ w% sŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
3 h" @. ], t. ]" \# VŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
% W- T$ Q4 K5 s/ Y6 c/ {Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
; g: ~8 M9 k/ W5 V$ X1 s( eŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
0 u$ I6 m* w: @0 N- rŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- [! s3 }$ n6 S( RŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

2 I7 [2 C, Z/ |6 A2 UŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
1 J2 C7 X! S: y; H9 {+ Z! L& c' BŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
