工作职责
- _/ m' \5 B( a( T! H/ oŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
1 Y& f$ g1 e% }, c& f4 \1 cŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
0 D4 T8 E% M9 _/ a: i: D/ b0 f- g9 x: MŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
1 K- l% O9 A* V0 dŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
' t/ M7 V) O0 p* g7 SŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
& \7 I( T" U/ r* J  z- vŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
; W+ S6 u9 L$ S& [  o# _* E: {Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
% d  B" u2 Y$ R1 v, G0 @Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
( e4 `; r2 U* e" ?6 c# AŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
0 R; k; K5 g, f3 pŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
6 l+ s$ w: ?" G$ {. Y4 K: e' vŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
