工作职责
6 I8 x# I. u4 aŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

( ~  @) i& E# |* b  tŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
% P, e2 i: R  D+ c1 P# d" PŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
6 ?+ w% |4 M7 I! x% p2 E6 z7 aŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
6 p# h% l+ s2 w; l3 L, q. {Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
- p: W1 {1 ?9 Y1 A7 _; [Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
3 p+ P: @9 I: P* y3 @" s6 qŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

9 U6 a( {- Y6 LŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
) x2 b9 w3 t4 k7 kŸ   Valid driver’s license
) r% W9 Z& q: b0 T% fŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
