Develop and maintain a filing system
! K* J. n' J' i2 J! ^+ S0 s+ bUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures6 ^) X& l/ Z; j$ N
Submit and reconcile expense reports
' S1 ^. z1 c6 D0 [Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients# @% g4 n) K. w! Q% O
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

, k4 `- w$ d) w3 LHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
