Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports+ V' v0 T, V/ Y% }
Develop and maintain a filing system/ ]9 C, y7 ?! m e; W
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
' \3 O. b) X9 u- P& v3 l. |* J/ \Submit and reconcile expense reports. Z a% v0 p( y. t
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
+ O* k3 m& V. {Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers) C2 q5 f1 S t+ o/ \

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
