Answer and direct phone calls
! j* d% e! _6 sPlan meetings and take detailed minutes
# R: O# j( x* v A) OCreate email templates for operations department
% y- d. V" v' I& M( S* iAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
. E# F( h' v3 m3 M" @Develop and maintain a filing system
+ V( \. W( O$ S/ s4 w" Q. w" |5 gUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
, h# T# V$ s: p6 G9 P# kSubmit and reconcile expense reports
+ e4 x7 ^; r3 V5 N6 \Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
3 b1 f& Y+ Z# m9 sLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
' }7 y8 f" t, b7 o0 vHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
