8 r+ M/ p0 X; T# c7 vBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
) Y  L- ]6 n" c5 |) [/ e/ l4. Calibration of Equipment
5 V, H- v# [5 A; x/ m3 m5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
' L; j- b) R) p5 l1 {6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
3 g* t1 u& l3 S/ p+ a1 |9 |2 v/ w7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
  G! P2 x2 ^2 t4 B# e9 Y: _1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
$ `% d, n# M6 y* ?# ?3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
