MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
( l. X# f; M# H& e8 i; O  ADuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
" _$ w4 k4 N3 K; t1 m/ c! W4. Calibration of Equipment
7 S: X0 W! n/ V; K5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned

* e3 b8 Q& X# U8 ?- u1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
" W4 |% o/ w$ f% a* C8 \2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
( F4 H; C' d/ }1 ~3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
