MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
% V2 m/ E  {5 _1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
* a: p8 R3 _+ \" Y7 s- y2 u! {2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
  b, R6 A* E# t7 A. ^4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
! U6 w2 P2 ?% T* b7. Other duties as assigned
6 i2 n' }' w5 d2 P$ f0 ]6 GSkills and specifications:
, T6 X& P: k8 p5 C: b2 `6 L1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
) w' G- w' V! R/ D9 A1 @- U, V2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
& p& H. K+ g5 W: I% _6 K3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
