' q5 {! }- e( W- lBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
6 b6 J1 X. ?/ A, k0 g: p# `, [4. Calibration of Equipment
3 |+ S% L4 D* ?1 R* g5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
9 ?# X4 e; I7 \$ u; [9 s6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
' V4 ]: J, G9 ^6 a7. Other duties as assigned
* l  I4 \: r! n! w. sSkills and specifications:
" W" a) ^+ |( k8 E) W; e1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
* g! r" I: @5 L# X% i: x2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment

Salary:
