Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

7 W( T3 k* C* J& W1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
$ u1 o4 j# R5 h  J- T: Y4. Calibration of Equipment
- D. Q9 V" ]# S. B0 j5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
: F) Q+ I$ E/ ~2 ~4 I* @$ ?- s7. Other duties as assigned
6 L! w, N3 x# ?1 ~# P. PSkills and specifications:
: d3 s" v! ]# h9 B, t" G1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
9 o4 U; T, J$ v. U0 q/ A6 m' x& k3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
# \) P) Z0 g9 \9 h4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
