  G; X2 ]* o. ]4 P2 c- fBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
6 `( w  B) F7 w" ^# NDuties and Responsibilities:
) Y% R+ P# L0 U/ X( A( v) `1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
3 h; g4 y/ j; i8 s* ~2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
0 U5 Z1 G- C0 b' [& E5 x* v5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
9 R+ J' m# J0 R  [' h0 ]5 G6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
! A/ B3 ^. Z8 Q$ X# Q7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
; d/ A# ^# i6 C1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
9 c$ \- m4 V' l$ W3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
  e7 a0 v% G- f% y7 s, c4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
