  W0 i' ~" z5 X& T% Y* C" KBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
  b6 V1 [" T# }' S: G* H8 SDuties and Responsibilities:
& c2 h: c0 Y4 ^7 {# Y1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
7 H+ t. J+ I9 Q6 K4 J+ E) F2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
% ]: k5 }' w& h5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
  v' ?, l' D' t% Z% `: ^4 m/ b5 W* _6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
" ]0 H& v* T# Z5 ^, G7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1 |* h" t% U+ q$ u! L+ y1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
. ?" W9 Z  e2 i; l$ ]3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
6 p  q( Y5 N. ?2 e4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
