, ^/ n, X0 o9 q# X  L6 I5 j7 QBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
( n! j$ V: ?  b! c8 Z) |  iDuties and Responsibilities:
% [9 [" N* w  [  o& D; {1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
( m4 l( l9 u4 G* o" z3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
# X2 P+ j' {. X: A7 }# ^7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
% c. Q! L" |3 i4 g; U, k1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
# f7 d  o$ {( n9 w/ _3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
