MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
  a  C8 G4 z0 P3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
# g) P( c5 g6 A+ q+ ~) m# H4. Calibration of Equipment
  `( B7 A# l1 Z7 [1 u3 m5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
* Q' e3 @1 M& ^6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
& J+ }5 B% H8 c  }- B. M1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
) _" j/ W! s4 M5 I- r$ q" k! X+ [3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
& Y5 r0 ?- m2 s2 o: ]4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment

Salary:
