Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
7 i0 h7 Z" X  Q. L2 D" u2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
% b% [9 Q/ |, b4. Calibration of Equipment
2 L2 I7 Y: H1 D! K7 h5 d5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6 T+ D: Z# i" u* N6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
' u8 v! x, B2 H3 x1 V. n; \7. Other duties as assigned
" w, k& D( g% |9 X  {+ tSkills and specifications:
5 U, l7 X7 O; `1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
3 J2 N( O4 x% S( T: C2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4 K+ c2 t' [* `* O6 ?4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
