5 e; e4 ]* [- m. gBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
) I5 m( Z& Z" Q/ [Duties and Responsibilities:
' K% w+ L) p2 g6 a+ a, G1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
( S, Q5 T8 v7 N9 C2 S4. Calibration of Equipment
& ]* B# N  D5 A$ c# T0 U5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
" e* D7 j; V# W1 @! I, h6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7 f  N/ Q+ c+ J# `/ }7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
' s! ^' Y" @7 \4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
