Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
' J  @$ B* H% ~  ?1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
4 w/ z/ X- X  W2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
$ e5 M, i" M$ F3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
& k1 o( _4 v5 x* X9 e/ H2 `7 C" e, |5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
. j1 z9 `, V' M3 ?# m0 N6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
( N9 P3 C. c- j( Q! Y6 W! QSkills and specifications:
) B8 Z$ o, C' [0 U9 I- w" v; c  m1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
6 N# ^2 z9 ?# ^1 V+ R. }4 z) E2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
( v* I- y5 Q# k8 Q0 g; |3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
