Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

; p- t/ }9 w3 y+ b- z" R  u' o1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
* R0 t, A  k, {' u0 j  D, u) K2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
/ z2 i* H. H4 n" e9 G4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
3 A4 y! Q' B3 y# r7 |9 R+ W- S  _6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
; o) z/ }, q$ y+ d) y3 X" ^& ?Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
1 A/ A5 w" J" |' h8 q; d3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
