# t4 B. Y( E1 h. VBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2 J5 U# o5 B4 ~4 j2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3 X; H7 ~  C9 a# O- D3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
5 {- G: Q- g% v0 R- _4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
; d  g8 z2 H( a6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
: p, H& r( [/ {5 p" x7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
! x% s: b* H6 g5 w1 x1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
& F; t0 P* O1 p- F' h; G3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
