4 d. _' o7 V. j" |# Q2 K* @: ZBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
- i: P* U& m) C' P% e2 q1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
% |3 e" j* G1 b& l' `" L3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
5 F# }3 _9 U+ [4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
$ @5 y) U7 A$ U' C- \2 K( z, F" P6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
7 Q0 R# G. J0 s! L# QSkills and specifications:
, @: Q* p- {( n8 y1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
, O) j, Z0 e6 R/ D. ^% }9 ?2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
4 ]$ x' f) M; Z; w' Z& U7 x' T3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
