MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
" j: N; {7 b. q+ P' c7 {7 U, x# e2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
& y* E* ~! c7 u# H8 c1 B1 v3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
) h2 \7 T$ a1 F  @3 z5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
7 a4 X" |/ _9 u! C6 n: Q6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned

2 k0 r4 s4 k( D2 R5 X6 N3 ], q/ g" q6 \1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
+ [) t/ r6 l8 i/ J; w2 d) c3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset

5. May need to work different hours
