3 M+ D& I# q) W2 {7 v8 NBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
+ K& q7 s2 G/ G- L! r# \5 [' j! CDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
' g* e$ ]& N9 k. P* E$ G8 H7 I2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
' p8 |3 F5 M* e3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4 _9 y7 L& o% Q4. Calibration of Equipment
$ E" r: Q. y, E0 l; @/ V6 F5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
& d  c, F+ J! W6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
# @1 B: ?+ H. X, u" H7. Other duties as assigned
) s6 |& [; |0 r' {Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
