& S- }3 T6 O2 I1 x% h9 s9 BBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
  h  E! r/ i. }3 C. tDuties and Responsibilities:
! f' D, ^! M  b2 x7 @1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
' {: n% i9 k2 X4 e: r1 Y- X2 b3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
& @0 p* n# g* Z4 w/ n4. Calibration of Equipment
3 t5 |1 C' h! h% {8 C: b0 c5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
4 s* u) ^1 U$ ?% M) ]6 b8 I* S, ~" oSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
, [! u$ T$ R. ]; |2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
$ `2 I( w8 h9 S1 l, F# c/ r3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
) G: I0 d* W5 L. ~6 m4 _5. May need to work different hours
