Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

' h8 x) _) ^; s1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
+ P5 F6 v$ ]! f$ n/ K( g- x5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
8 j, @+ H( u  X$ j4 n6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
$ S: K  t4 [0 b2 o$ s1 R7. Other duties as assigned
' ^# Q& E6 b/ J: v# DSkills and specifications:
9 k  c; {$ Z% T3 b- V1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
# J( }4 p' N  u) x2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
