Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
! J! h# o0 @7 }7 |: d: `Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
- H7 E( [2 `  n8 s4. Calibration of Equipment
4 b4 R) i8 |. a5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
% Y: q  N  D/ I: w8 h; M6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
; d2 j1 F/ \6 W% s. r0 u; ^7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
6 b0 l$ d4 p4 m1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
8 S. q( p3 [* _( n+ }# C: Q+ p2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
) s" n. p4 ?( h3 t3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
