" [% m0 v3 F1 fBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
. f: V+ A$ k7 x8 ?% p" E( O1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
+ ^$ U( V1 y: T# H5 c  _% H2 i2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
3 I0 A2 s  P1 H5 O, a: j# R4. Calibration of Equipment
+ g  A; `. n2 {( Q5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
5 r1 x( W7 p" E+ f2 b& S6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
! L( C" w( G# G7. Other duties as assigned
% i6 x% l' T" D' ~8 X1 bSkills and specifications:
+ r' V7 M$ S3 f3 B8 i) [! M1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
9 [- Z' L* @# i2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
