" k, a% n# V6 dBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
) K' i  z& O' ]7 m. v0 K2 E& WDuties and Responsibilities:
  ]+ ~: h- w# C5 v( o9 A/ j1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
) m0 z. w7 B6 y4 z" K' v2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
2 L- J, _" K; i; T; k( n3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
4 ~% P3 c- a* O( X) n6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
2 Q$ z. i# u1 w( b7. Other duties as assigned
) [, S1 z6 `4 C6 H* VSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
. o0 ^8 d# Q! h5 C. |8 @* u3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
( c( k% S7 [( A: }% ?4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
