# w' U# w! F( K( QBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
1 q! T5 Q, |: w: ?, `/ H2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
( K# d; M" p: {7 N7 _& Y; i7 d! I3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
% k+ f, ]" |$ B! l+ f! U4. Calibration of Equipment
. |% Q  q/ I  ^/ N3 q5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
' @6 z+ o2 x1 X$ \3 Q, J7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
9 s9 z' K# T; q  w* |7 K$ Q3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
7 r% z3 X7 V/ j: ?$ V4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
