Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
" j+ D. O* |" c- m3 t8 f" L1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
) e; k6 l& F( i; x5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
. Z5 N2 U0 w0 i0 ~: `' ~$ d7. Other duties as assigned
& X, `8 w, q) x, e+ y1 Q% wSkills and specifications:
! _+ ~+ q0 y/ U! _6 o- r5 c) g1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
( {' R5 @  y( ^& I. ^, o2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
- o1 ~6 r. w5 Z! K! P; h4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
Salary:
