Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
9 l7 b& `- {) CDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
8 a& ?% w0 e6 t0 Q) q  s  u7 z5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
+ A& v, ~9 ~' S: w: ^& t6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
5 N/ X8 @2 b" o; m7. Other duties as assigned

7 }5 c. g( I! h$ t) I+ D+ H" q1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
  v7 k; G( Y5 \( A. d2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
( {$ {' @! y# \0 G2 ]3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
