& j! r' b9 q( HBrief Job Description: Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.
% h' y4 i% |( k% jDuties and Responsibilities:
' X* ]1 T( e8 ^$ _1 ^; @1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing- f/ s3 ^& E: u) W9 Y( X
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
+ d' r! x! U- ^# v; ^3 D* B. B; f8 `3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs" x l `! _* S. f6 e* v
4. Calibration of Equipment2 Q3 A/ f- F6 U! g/ }: g
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings1 T$ \0 ^1 i! A' i J) i1 U
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
& Y- G, t g2 t* h" y9 U) b2 a7. Other duties as assigned& q* }2 c4 _, f8 g; e) ?6 ^
Skills and specifications:* C# i& u* d: h. k
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science8 @/ D$ n2 g% U' ^! q) x+ O) w1 S
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP); l/ T3 [$ n* j8 @5 M3 t* c4 D4 ~
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset* `2 ~& P1 G9 w) s! F/ S
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment6 r" ^0 b1 K+ t* c: X4 u- C
5. May need to work different hours
