+ s7 j5 \% i/ d- H5 D: hBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
! I$ w8 }7 a" L7 B% p  HDuties and Responsibilities:
2 [1 l: v* C* v6 _" K) C. o1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
1 o' T" o7 ]( M  ?+ K2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
* u" c6 J, N+ L% d8 w4 u3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
8 b- ~* }  a1 \4 v+ W$ `, k5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
0 \1 d; D) O; k4 {+ d8 v' _7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
0 a. H: ?( i2 A( U2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
