3 A6 g6 ]- g6 GBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
; ^5 M( J( p4 r: l' IDuties and Responsibilities:
* }# Y# v. {% |8 f% e& ^* x% g0 ?1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
% M9 `- O8 t8 A$ B0 k2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
2 s9 s; i& H; k; F  \- ?5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
