Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
9 z; ~0 |- R7 t( t' S" l+ B- X+ k2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
5 f" I6 X4 w; W. z# T; N+ n3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
0 Y9 m& t' W# X4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6 a) P( d5 Y" v4 x, C6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
9 c1 [: r2 u* s5 C! A7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
