7 M. D: d: t) i! c% B# C; L+ [, o1 E& ?Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
8 C7 ?6 p; h! G& H5 s% F$ H4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
# H# H% a+ f/ A7 G& E, Q6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
' \" Q4 S  H8 J& t# ]Skills and specifications:
) C0 W0 t+ X2 |) H/ J) X' I: ^1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
4 H: U6 |3 a5 G- n" u2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
+ W1 H* j) p' h( a( g. E4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
& ]* T6 n. |0 K6 e; M  a5. May need to work different hours
