3 `3 C5 M% C* A: `% x0 yBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
' y, W9 W: J- L" X0 K: E1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
7 C! c3 _0 x# R- _2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
4 }" k( h: j7 P+ f% \- s/ W3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
& a- `2 v# u2 b* _1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
. s' f" F; M" {! _6 X6 h1 _2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
