Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
% c% g! w& n7 }, @1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
% K* z$ G0 v# x7 A) _( `! s4. Calibration of Equipment
0 z8 S9 {* R  k( U5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
6 P2 O/ R/ t4 Y6 q% t7 t8 @7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
, |4 \& e: X; ]. A7 c& ~) b) O1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
) o. J5 ]& R1 m! E: Z2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
* {; J0 u1 y$ m  _  M4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
6 v' S* h% m2 N+ P5. May need to work different hours
Salary:
