8 p! e: F) s  o5 }Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
# E5 y. p; A/ L2 ]& f+ n8 l2 P2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
1 \1 f1 s4 R1 X5 U' I+ s4. Calibration of Equipment
$ q6 a' B. A: A1 x5 I, m/ ~5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
0 [+ e6 o$ i+ ~( R1 e$ v1 x, h6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
- U4 F; X( }: ]# ?Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
7 S9 x* O' P( b% x4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
