Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

' d4 S" M) P* U5 g. ~6 n1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
( p: |/ H- v0 \" J4 _2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
; t8 @- e3 b  E  a1 }5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
) E7 C" w) }  M! F2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
' n, q# g. L5 C: ?; z& D3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
