Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
$ X% Q/ q/ b- n2 f) w8 m1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
& x0 p! u2 f) n: h- _+ Y* J3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
/ ^# g+ `4 t: I8 I4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
& Z( D4 s! Y. Z0 e4 r2 _2 a. k6 ~Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
" }) ^6 ~- H: k& B2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
