, y) J' }2 V) |/ ~; b( |Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
3 q# I' |; V$ C6 tDuties and Responsibilities:
- Z+ Z4 ^2 o: N$ Z3 \& i1 D1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
* C& l# I& J1 i% Z! [/ e- g7 B4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
! y/ D9 q/ O: p8 @Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
! s! N  d2 q6 N2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
( `, e4 c" L8 L; b) `4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
