Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
0 v: ?. w' Y+ ]9 x) v2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
: x4 j/ e) Z4 L5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
0 c! h, c; _+ ~+ l2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
3 v; W2 w- T( c2 v9 r% s1 D# ]4 f4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
