! X, c( k! R# ~- D7 j* P' T' a! Z. DBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
' A4 k3 p5 J! X2 j- M* Q1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
. ]5 g2 O) {* W9 ]+ `3 m3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
. h( P( H( K1 \8 \, y& U; p6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
& w" P5 k5 B3 f& Z  l& D2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
# J6 a8 v* J$ f0 x+ ~! X3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
