Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

) T! [3 X7 N4 ?- a# V3 b( s& j' R6 m1 _1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
# s. s5 p1 r: r# d+ G4. Calibration of Equipment
) }  X- E7 R  X( E, M+ F( i5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
* @1 ^3 E2 f0 ]& B3 H" ?' q1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
