. G7 Z, H) n# aBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
. T$ b4 @: a: Z% C, PDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
3 k- D8 y) v/ `( ?! |4 {# G2 |2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
  h/ K1 q' e& x3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
% N* q: a2 S9 ?/ `& V! N" S& s4. Calibration of Equipment
9 b4 Q" g$ Z8 P7 H- _. h5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
) ?+ a2 E4 V" R$ ?0 u7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
7 Q3 m, d3 M9 ^& t2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
7 i% _, j0 \8 |) W4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
