Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
9 a3 k1 ]2 E& }! l6 |8 J# j1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
' @9 b+ f- P' w1 D3 P- ^- q5 G- L2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
& v- }7 ^0 i) P0 y7 `# f4. Calibration of Equipment
. d4 L! |! H5 o" @3 U; F4 n/ {0 l" l% @5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
, T% A; m# E- f  `3 v3 L# L) ySkills and specifications:
! }8 X/ r6 W' P  e$ x, L# P4 G' D1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
0 c. x' O, ^. r! a1 \2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4 }1 M) R% f5 s: ~4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
