Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
/ [8 r% T. I9 v: P1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
# H7 b* I7 K; _" j* k) _3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
2 _! K, M+ g0 X: e$ ]' M$ F7 ]5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
! {7 |3 ]# r) C; I% v6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
; @. W, }" O' g! m) ]Skills and specifications:
. E# t  }) s- A9 E1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
