关于房租涨幅

请问Edmonton有没有关于房租涨幅的规定？比如每年的涨幅不能高于2%等等。

没有涨幅的限制。但是要一年后才可以涨

In Alberta, there is no limit on how much a landlord can increase the rent but a landlord can only increase the rent after a year has passed from either the start of the tenancy or when the last rent increase was made.

在阿尔伯塔省，房东可以增加多少租金没有限制，但房东只能在租约开始或最后一次增加租金后一年后才能增加租金。

租房市场很好吗？不太敢涨租金。

谢谢楼上的解答。很早以前出租的房子，租金比市场价低不少，所以考虑是否涨一点租金。
