China in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
* Z  V- `9 g  G$ znegative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
7 G. E* y& I. F6 ?8 Tstudents. Although the gunman has been currently
identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
% ]) @, b8 ~2 `8 n! K8 L; X$ R( uit is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
