A few minutes ago, the Consulate General of P. R.

; B- ~" Y) u. k0 mnegative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
5 F/ O1 Z9 f- i' t6 Mstudents. Although the gunman has been currently
identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
: ]+ Z6 d" J3 @" L+ r  T1 |in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
; w+ I& K: _) ]* lsafety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
9 P- {* X, t1 lthe shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
