3. Maintenance requests follow up8 ^) h4 w- R( {- e5 ?
4. Handling phone calls and emails/ l9 U: Z/ h4 C, r* L. ^
5. Bookkeeping1 c) |% a- e" E* v5 t- C' l1 N
6. Visit the building and enter the units8 J! g& |7 Y) W
