1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals

3. Maintenance requests follow up8 V& I1 Y4 m* U* `+ l
4. Handling phone calls and emails5 w3 L0 u" g! A. K4 b; ~7 X) b- P# x0 a$ W
5. Bookkeeping5 c$ I4 l8 Z& D1 V8 D9 c
6. Visit the building and enter the units3 B# @9 P2 @4 u& g0 y
