The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
; m6 F4 w  b. p8 q& x# o; [Student Intern.

& |- l& h3 A  T! I6 wSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

  v$ O3 F0 ~# Z' CDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
* i# u9 v- t* c( oanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
! Q4 M, \; G5 B2 J" {& ~+ D, V( amaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
" a4 l; S4 H8 b( M0 \4 Haddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
% R4 `' [  [" epeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
  [, E6 _; J, Y, Iskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
