2 r9 M; w) G2 d6 ~1 b( ?+ TSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

% J: B! [* |4 S% t$ HDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
5 O3 S" T5 y1 n" fadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
5 n% x1 c% u  K2 z7 oaddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
) T1 a! b( C% W  v, W) Lpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
7 Y) ?+ A$ W& V7 S5 @: ~) d( |' Iskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
5 Z; a& J7 f7 ]* i2 M' |proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
