As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Open house showings

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.. _5 `7 [" A0 k! o0 k( |
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
& c' ]( x5 H! E# |Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
8 ]: b# f9 s0 N& T( EEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.( P& C0 l4 `# y5 Z
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
2 R+ s; S* a5 ]- p5 iConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.1 c- V9 g5 e$ R" [0 J
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
' s$ H1 i# Z0 q% A+ [# A H T& z0 LEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
