As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.! Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.8 q X3 U) w" a! L u# Q
Maintenance

( N& j" O) r8 x& X7 TPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
7 A& W' u" a* {( w( L. nMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.( T, W7 L! R D
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
* s" W8 m3 `+ ?3 gSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
) C& n2 `5 D/ x0 _- e7 c9 PConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
8 m/ S" c4 Z2 u3 T/ EPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
, K9 I4 y2 Z8 e) EEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
