We are currently seeking a Resident Manager for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. # [# n' [1 `# S; O# E% K

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.; y8 x* s" ?; P: \& Q1 a( D
A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

9 e4 e3 Q8 f" |7 {7 @Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
