As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Preferred
( l# O( {! s# {Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
v: W5 b* c0 ]7 N1 R5 oCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
# q) z- S0 ] d9 CMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy., W. Z. q! ^) _# j

Maintenance
* ]0 p$ z. B6 n. X9 L" }8 RPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties., }: b+ ?! b( r( f# E u! C. {
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
9 W5 Q1 n) b7 p3 D9 BEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.- O( u3 ~. ]1 J. t+ H9 X
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.- i% b- L l8 Z6 m/ ~- D) v
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur. c+ }( z& `, w/ v; {% t, f
