As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, and task follow ups.

Required:
+ O: _9 \, b) j2 \, _At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Preferred
& U t. [2 E2 V; JAny experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.
: Z$ h8 Q* Y% A6 r* T3 yOversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.0 P) \$ i' K! e }7 b& W
Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
! f$ e, S7 k4 ]% v0 b; k- AMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

' V# L1 _' Z" q4 {/ cPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

$ o _ B4 O9 s6 Z; B8 iEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.# e- m8 e U* J: K. P. |
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
a7 V u4 j1 X3 |. lConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.; w* e( k' y2 t+ m+ @
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required./ b' R; p( E V( i8 z9 q
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
