5. Has class 5 drivers license! C4 }2 i5 P; a3 G8 P4 P

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools* n* Y8 ? P, s+ G
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
/ `( y& I- O3 @+ X" n& k7 L3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
