Requirement:

3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions9 S0 y1 g- j% x, H, ?8 Z1 Z0 L
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails, ~8 N& e' f O: Q* D! p# Y( Z
5. Has class 5 drivers license1 _; P6 F9 ]% b/ `7 S/ c
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field: S. ^- k* y, G9 H

Job Duties:% i1 d: E B5 [% }
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools7 J, A, Z) X/ z9 `8 C1 }
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks8 y" K: y9 A) J% |* y9 z
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties( I# G. k: v4 u- V4 ^" f* c
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
9 s9 }( w; j& J$ M' H5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs. g; Q: r* f, O3 S
