1. Able to communicate fluently in English
* C, i$ f- M m/ [. t2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
* X, J2 A+ T5 u# J$ X1 z3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
# X" l- o% t1 P9 Z6 v& w! L1 E4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails+ f7 ?1 k& g+ n
5. Has class 5 drivers license
1 H7 v. E. w/ p6 `$ u6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:) t% G/ G" X) Z0 F9 q; W
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools, ~- T1 R7 J8 e: H
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks. z E% u s: Z4 O1 F7 z
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties( T3 N, d( [$ u& \ K; @
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices8 i: |% Z, c" ~7 j9 k
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs) F9 w7 O" }% Q: s
