1. Able to communicate fluently in English
2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
) B/ i2 d+ K0 p. q4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
5. Has class 5 drivers license
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

  N% v# Q* `/ ]) L1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
) C& c/ P1 @7 b/ W0 W) e" I4 P3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
" m0 s! T% f1 [4 ?/ [4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
9 ~# A$ Z! K- V5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
