5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience

1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues. 3 B9 M. |$ |3 v `# O8 r
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks( _' x! `8 a0 |. @/ q
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties5 U% Z9 _( x! `0 W
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
/ d( f' {5 O% t. Y& E! n5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs9 G0 Y; y+ u& o* o( N6 O7 p. ~
6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning. 4 U' k/ g; X" v9 R2 l8 x
