carrying out the procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of ( M! `! [" r" b( C: r1 u5 b
customer service and room cleanliness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
$ P# M7 ~, x H* Q! x. s4 t& i. B1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
; U0 U# F9 ^" C- q" P6 Ghigh level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in $ p" B F* D! G/ z! i& p: O
accordance with Students' Union policies.9 H/ s; ?( n$ ` `; ]$ a
b* Z8 Z, p/ A: L! X3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the
* ? q0 |; L4 M0 Ktotal cash-out value of items sold on each shift.

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, " f7 E( F7 f6 ?, c. \3 t+ ]
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal
& x$ C* U1 u) _+ L( Y8 `" Qand ensuring floor surface cleanliness.

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate ' i7 s' C: F' F# h/ D/ n
action when necessary in accordance with established Server - }2 A* E& v; E- P) J% G
intervention procedures and provincial liquor laws.

QUALIFICATIONS;
f6 o0 a, E( j, x8 X1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent., \+ g9 C8 g0 e" F2 b

2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
* K4 H( K1 f+ K8 X/ o! Loperation.( H p7 u+ o/ k! |' n- m2 M
1 P/ A8 @& D$ ^7 H8 ~" \* A3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union
3 d7 d" L9 v# j6 Z0 b8 spolicy.1 Q8 W6 `. ^# |) r2 C
. i5 m" E- c0 g% r* x' c4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge
2 r! p f. n- a( zcard transactions.

professional, friendly and diplomatic manner.
