Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for

customer service and room cleanliness.

1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage ! W+ x# ^1 M9 B$ Y4 G

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a 1 L: G0 C( ^& c/ `) J9 Y- k
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in ) t: K4 j/ m) Q( w O/ x- d/ n
accordance with Students' Union policies.* @9 Q/ e: Y/ m: `) X
) f$ }% U: _* D6 A8 X3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the
1 z3 }6 ]! v0 }: j% }total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
# w$ S3 x6 S, `including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal 3 ^1 g$ Q* u3 K; W, _9 X
and ensuring floor surface cleanliness.+ E# z6 v* D( H1 A1 O
1 T# A8 P! [+ d9 O% _) {5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate 8 R; s d2 q( W* |9 a4 N. Y
action when necessary in accordance with established Server 2 j$ H" E. g+ z- ]* U

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health
8 X4 c- N3 [8 C* ~Authority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS;

8 I- o% J% ?, z. O2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based 5 g0 Q2 k) k4 A$ q* a1 c6 x% i- z: q6 m
operation.+ n1 c: Q" T, Q( r. {. X2 P' A; z, P
+ N3 x( H' L' ~" X3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union

1 {* Y# f+ k) q( m4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge

5) Ability to deal with staff, students and the general public in a
