JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, 8 [$ Y1 C+ w3 p+ a+ p
cleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:5 l( C! X) @ P5 y
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

/ m, K) ]; f- u$ O5 ^, O7 W2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the ! C& ?( j( z8 o( c- n
bar and debit floats. J4 a: i* s4 t4 g$ J
2 x& j/ Y% g/ ?. k' e' b3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
6 C7 }% v0 k5 c$ R* \/ h1 n+ ]each shift, and upon closing.; X/ [0 C8 G' G7 a f. X
9 V9 F9 I |$ @ W- i4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular 6 {$ W/ ]: k1 c7 I" B) |/ ]
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and ! W4 e; |- n6 |- L
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.6 r3 o( k% S' v8 |3 A# `* R
" g8 s9 W) Q9 {4 Z* R5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
1 A- E3 m# @* gstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
3 J$ i1 c4 }8 |: M9 h3 b% yproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

7 f/ |) |$ G( H4 R2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
& T! V9 T" y) @- P% i. h, g0 j- \& Loperation.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in % w( f; d+ P/ S/ s: b

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.4 C3 Z& D& J1 Y; |; R
