JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the % N& w4 M3 M: L+ {: j
Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the ) f# c5 _1 |" u4 y! `% n/ P; M5 r
procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,
$ F4 ?, H0 C: ^" H7 Jcleanliness and order in the bar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
; I# F4 u2 h: l& o1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and - F; i$ ]" ]/ }4 p2 b; L! V- z# `
beverage items./ b7 C n' Z" _* z

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the 7 Q+ z3 D0 _3 y9 v
bar and debit floats.) }: B# L/ m; J( ?; h
3 M1 C8 V0 ^/ W# D- t8 I% U3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
- }% Y- y+ z, [# }2 feach shift, and upon closing.9 Z- O& R$ I+ h6 \: Y( b+ d8 o0 G+ c, k
7 ^- t$ b# x( @1 M2 m4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular ! g! B5 ~1 j8 g2 w8 _2 R4 ]) U
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and ! u; ^% G! J, U1 q4 f# q
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
# Q+ d" h" g* l$ [' Bstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol . }9 Z# ^& J4 U% B- o
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a + a5 L1 A f4 J
high standard of customer service and effective operation of the room.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume " e3 v$ |2 ~0 }

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in # Y" C$ z$ \5 z; ~" V r

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.0 U; t- j0 U1 J
