JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

cleanliness and order in the bar.

1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and 2 B) N4 o3 F/ b! |$ C8 I

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the 5 L% e" r( }# I" ~! G8 u

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
' P8 F3 X6 u2 x+ g* O/ Cstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol / E: k/ i$ v1 W& ? ~
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.- T f; ?% b- U* p, p, @

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
) w+ V! c6 A m9 Nmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a 0 ?5 o3 e( z9 Z. u( q7 I$ s
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in / S8 f7 I) z( g5 m
accordance with Students' Union policies.

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume + M- @4 R. s$ v) b9 d$ f
operation.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
