Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
6 v" m- G4 r6 F- K2 \) u' L; S/ bLocation: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
5 O1 M+ K; a% hProbation: 90-day probationary period

Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience

At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Canadian post-secondary credential

Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
0 F; ~  _/ [  HCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
7 |/ \) H2 u1 {( }) I8 L6 DMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
