Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.4 x& v0 d3 H# z7 ~
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
; @ [ V5 ^% M• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Lead by example in company service standards.

• Manage store Health & Safety program.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
$ z) B( X3 x' w• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
, x! t6 m; J- h$ O B) e• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
' N' h; M% Q- w5 Q6 P• Excellent customer service skills.; Z& t$ C# l. X7 K: c/ V) i5 y
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.+ _( n8 \2 R& L" L! V3 E# d
