7 I* }3 d8 V/ M6 w& wDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.3 @) {( w% j! H
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.3 o6 w2 Y: p4 Q- m# e; A
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.4 N2 f2 Z0 V7 M0 _
• Control store-operating expenses.

• Manage store physical inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:, Q/ z+ x( t N6 f% n
3 i" [2 g) G& `7 n2 j# p• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
2 r6 Y& G2 ?/ Q8 X& w' v• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
: d$ R6 R2 ^4 j• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
f6 q4 P; m( N/ z9 L• Excellent customer service skills.8 O" e" ^$ k% ?' x9 h+ c: L
• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements., Q( q, u4 H+ F0 _, Y0 \+ U
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
