/ U3 X% x6 `7 f•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
7 f+ o9 u! j' i# X7 ~  VDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
: e1 A' O. Z; Z! H& b•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
9 t, ?) u& F+ ^) m8 G( W- ]  U•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
: y$ u  k: O+ X9 w2 h. }7 ^, o•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
+ U3 Z) c5 x, l# {$ i0 P•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
" A/ M* Q# I  i8 I& D•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
