+ W! k V ]8 e1 k7 o. Y, X' w• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
1 J6 D( ~; C" J, N3 W7 w: YDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
1 [, o% q u; c5 l7 P: j• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.& ]# P+ m6 n* j* {# y) M
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
1 G# W1 X1 N. |3 U• Control store-operating expenses.$ C3 y' l; ]- r, ^$ W0 s2 K/ |
• Lead by example in company service standards.3 o# B3 ?8 y! H7 i
• Manage store physical inventory." z W {/ n5 O7 ^7 b2 d! t
• Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:* X5 N2 Q; @! n- p: N8 f, U; S& k

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.6 Y' y9 d' p+ B
• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
7 ~* \8 j& h, B: x" o8 M• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.5 b0 z, [6 N ?' v
• Excellent customer service skills.
% N( T# k- {5 E/ j; {; O• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
