POSITION SUMMARY:

+ N! t+ M' G2 u3 f! W. E3 }# A. `•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
; @  [  V5 ^% M•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
/ k  D3 y- a, {  V1 ~•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
% O" e7 [; [4 Y•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

4 {6 {; V/ e) C' V- xREQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
$ z) B( X3 x' w•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
, x! t6 m; J- h$ O  B) e•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
' N' h; M% Q- w5 Q6 P•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
