•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
' |8 \1 C- Z3 \+ E; n4 @•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
$ ]( u( u/ j5 @/ Q+ N* t, j) e•        Control store-operating expenses.
4 L/ E2 ~. q2 z5 c•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.

•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

' S: Q5 r5 l5 a•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
3 w6 r* [0 f) {•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
; t+ E7 b* z4 R+ }6 I2 F•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
