POSITION SUMMARY:

$ k# _( A4 m  j# w•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
, {1 a% i: {! Z( v- R•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
1 u* l9 x- Z0 b# N# n: }% u) H( G; K•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
3 F2 ]. Z  A5 c•        Manage store physical inventory.
/ y4 A- B( K" R+ Y- G( C; O9 I•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:
% t# Q, h4 ~7 y
  e2 `0 S, b% S- Y•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
/ z  i5 R2 R* e7 V•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
$ |* S7 R# J  X5 @3 }•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
% S: f" x# P" y5 L7 o•        Excellent customer service skills.
3 B$ _# t$ f2 D0 L2 G* e•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
