" {3 [# q4 b$ j0 b1 ^9 i•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
* N  m% r9 Y) ^. f" T3 u& x•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
: W& j. n# m2 X6 x, b" b•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
" [2 p8 X2 ?" C9 }•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

% X( Q1 M  |1 g1 A8 F: V•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
  X7 Y% _# d$ P9 y) U8 ?•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
1 |- a. S! I6 H$ ~2 j& D•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
