POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.

$ W; B) z3 Z! ^; o! G0 Z, E•        Maintain employee files and records.
/ g! w% o4 q9 K•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
8 s/ m- O- O+ [; G, s4 ?/ k- O$ }; n
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
- P1 Z6 E( [9 D•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
" i' ~& }2 L: J4 G•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
