POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
. a0 _9 s8 e3 p7 d. SKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
5 ?% G( h/ _  {6 _•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
1 {  ]& e1 W% c1 B  u* y, X•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

5 D: g& Q5 D+ ]: b  j- Q( N•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
8 z8 n3 W9 Y/ d•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
4 p) @: `; |4 p5 E4 C4 ?, y•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
