POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
1 H9 m6 Q& r- P( YKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
1 `. ^9 x% k- Q; A" _•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
6 q# p( `$ B$ }! X4 }- u: r/ n•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
, F/ m& Y& t4 T; L, v( A•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
. J6 }$ o" ]. X& f; I4 J•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
