: a9 x+ S/ Y, _# Q7 T$ J( p  ~! ]2 IKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
2 H+ w& a- |& Y" p7 r•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
7 D# {# U7 l& p! \. R, G! u•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
1 Z4 }3 P+ ]/ H/ g•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
0 z$ y! {6 b4 W, B+ ]/ x. P•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

$ @* @8 Q+ w' b4 C& |9 ?( Y•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
: n0 h: U5 s) h: J4 {& k7 E* a2 n•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
