9 S$ b* ^' |8 n2 a; Y•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
. K+ F, r8 ^  _8 N+ f& j* a8 c" x! F6 JKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
! D0 t% T6 j, O6 l/ j* F& p7 N- X•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
7 @5 R4 G. t% z7 y4 |* A" I# [: G•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
# ?9 z* I/ G0 l•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.


5 a" [% v3 ]& t  }' VREQUIREMENTS:

& ~' h  o# R  |$ |2 r% f5 N0 @+ H•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
