& J9 L b, }4 p! m1. Serve as a key business and licensing role within a cross-functional team for identification, evaluation and licensing of strategically important technologies.
- D2 L1 g3 b2 L2. Manage technology alliance activities, including the coordination of appropriate agreements’ execution, alliance negotiations, and post-deal compliance in China. ' E$ E3 H2 `. ~2 c& F
3. Develop business plan and strategy to integrate new technology into existing global research and business platforms.

- z5 h" w1 ^: J/ J1 CPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES:

1. MBA and/or advanced scientific degree in agricultural biotechnology related fields (such as plant molecular, cellular and developmental biology, genomics, and plant genetics, bioinformatics, etc.) are highly desirable. 3 ?* x( u _, P6 u, J' n' g
2. Proven experience in technology identification and licensing within China, or equivalent experience with biotechnology research and commercial licensing agreements is preferred.& J+ C7 j z8 {: E' M
3. Working knowledge of Intellectual Property policies, including Chinese and international patent regulations and procedures would be advantageous.
- Y) f. P$ @: C% {( ~4. Productive business and scientific interactions and good relationships with major biotechnology institutes in China would be advantageous.

6. Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese. 7 s) s' `: Z7 ? T
