3 e! H# S. A" M8 C# S- BJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

" {! L0 N7 N& F- |DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

5 j  m) b( `: A3 V2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
+ h6 ~% x% Y: x
" o% p5 O# e3 d) j' c2 H8 V& @3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
( Z7 r0 P! z# x/ }9 W: Lof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

' s( a7 w' M  }: H' n! k5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
3 C& h- @$ z. R2 g+ darea when required.

. w3 K! p9 }  c4 U" n6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
4 r! E' V* h8 |2 }1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
5 {! n$ _1 W9 W# g! p" ?% Hof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
2 L" F1 t6 b% e% Ncalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

# [* Z+ x/ f: n6 p4 k4) Must be physically capable.

' y# n; D$ A) ]5 T8 ~5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

' g9 Y# @) F9 k8 h! \Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
