/ z; M1 A, ]# MJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
6 j' c% z" H5 `5 Q* n9 G7 |policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
, g5 e( r' B4 k& R: g, I1 T1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
5 E- @9 q2 A# m% O7 I8 Y: Yand are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

! Y3 ~' c( D/ |+ L0 }9 k3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
; d1 Y7 u. E" c; Q0 lconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

8 [  s; ^: D' h  t! p6 s' g5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
1 T8 i4 T0 F# a: x: w9 v# Earea when required.

. p" ^+ x/ M. g: R8 R6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
( z: ]) c9 o; G/ l, g3 |+ O* Cof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
5 K$ F( j0 i" Mcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.
& v* O& Z0 Z* w1 E
5 D0 t0 ]. l+ |3 H3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities
