Food Service Worker II - Food Services

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
2 w( |' \5 W( J+ {) massist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.
" |% ~1 R9 A, q( Y
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.
* H' t1 J0 x' t: o" g* C
2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

$ V" c& s. {) H7 I" [2 t7 l8 U3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
) t$ V# K& D# m; {1 C, eper Capital Health standards.
* I5 U2 H" t0 \3 B
4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
" |, P4 ^( b* Swork rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

7 l; m0 g. T4 i' B5 s2 k, q8 F$ K5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

, i- @) Y* F* {5 ?5 j* w9 }& EQUALIFICATIONS;
% [, l+ ^. M8 y: n1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
" B# D4 `; O; ?9 lfood handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
& f* _3 t* ]" S; z1 {0 G  A
5 o( p! J8 k4 p' e( Q# K5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
