- E" Z1 I! I* F/ xOperations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
3 e3 e. [) Y$ t1 [  b4 Xeffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

! {" j/ J, x9 A* j3 \/ l! r8 A" EDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: }& Q/ g6 S  _0 n( ]& h" B1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff
0 Q" l( ?! m/ r- _
* i8 Z5 M- {- k& G% o/ q) N" K1 ^2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
+ d  D3 l: D! h9 c5 C2 xRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

5 }: M) O9 S$ h! }; x" \6 h4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
8 S( j& E# G+ B" D& a1 Kvarious shifts as per store hours

5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
orders for external custom order clients

2 [; p0 w5 R6 Q& q5 U6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts

% ~4 U3 ^2 Y" E- J" ]7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
- m8 Y- n; @5 v7 U  Tdate with regards to consignment data

6 E& X+ B# K0 D# V- Q3 K9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
( X- u: G9 l2 K% E) p7 q1 g* gSUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
5 d7 x7 e1 x9 S5 a. pOperations Manager-Retail

1 k. A% `/ \0 |5 ?& f6 j' T1 L1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

% `9 D  l1 ^! _$ E' U2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4)             Strong organizational skills
! g3 u" ?3 `) S$ ]( l& K% D/ C
9 e7 ?- B# j1 y5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
! R- [6 k4 }$ v9 ddetail

( X8 T9 H; H7 P  w+ C) X6)             Knowledge of computer operations

1 j# I, ^; a4 C5 E) U7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a  
variety of areas

( ^& L- u$ h; X8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and  
the general public
