, t) W% X8 s' ?; p8 q/ NOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

5 b9 G8 Z# r2 v& n+ Q: lDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
! Q+ c, `' v6 V$ Q+ P
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
0 u, |8 \/ }( H) l: U
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

1 S9 {; z! f" Z) N7 h7 ?3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
7 B7 }* s1 z+ w8 @( _Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
, w' S0 y9 J+ v9 d
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
" u0 ~7 Q2 T  V" N% K2 rdeliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

5 V& F* y3 {7 p" n0 @6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
* y) n. G+ W7 ~3 M$ r$ |1 ^5 z( Q
# T) W( b* @& a/ F1 s8 v7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

9 e9 Q( @/ T0 m* r. SQUALIFICATIONS;

+ f5 [, Q  ]% L6 \0 |1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

/ N, S6 h2 P% |% d2) Previous experience with food inventories.
. w% V( \, w" C% g9 W
+ Q3 g+ r$ ^- q' A- n4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
