change the driving licence

as a new comer in Alberta, with the no 5 driving licence in Montreal, how can i change the local licence? any exam i should pass? how much i should pay? and how long i should wait----i mean to wait to pass the exam and to wait for the new licence?

交不到100块钱，当场给你临时驾照，半个月之内给你寄去新驾照。不需要考试。
