请教如何自己建车库

刚买了房子,可是没有车库, 不知哪位曾经自己建过车库,或有这方面经验的, 诚心请教.先谢谢了!

应该先申请licence吧。然后找个builder,这东西自己指定弄不了。最好请教一下子你的经纪人。

buy a kit from homedepot. If you are building a two-car garage. You need at least two men  to do the frame,  take about 2 days if work full time. You need 2 weeks (parttime) to finish window, shingle, siding and paint.

1.Concrete  Foundation:
a.land Flating: Need roller and pressor and get earth compaction index to civil technical requirement
b.Footings: need about 16"x8"footing reinforced with 3-15M steel Rebar continuously and 15M transverse rebar at 12" spacing
; N% B8 y0 _; m2 ]c. Concrete wall: about 8" wide by 36" heigh reinfored with 15M vertical rebar at 12" spacing and 3-15M horizontal rebar
d. Slab: about 5"-6" slab reinforced with 10M rebar at 12" spacing each way
- z/ C* c1 y9 b' R8 p2 Pe. order concrete mix from Lafarge or Inland concrete ready mix
; }9 f7 ~) z% j) P- bf.pour concrete first footing, wall and last slab.

( F7 L8 T" v' W% DAfter 3days later (better 7days) you can start framing with wood and dry wall, and insulatin materials

All of them you need have roughly design and sketch. Estimate materials.

3 L: x0 M" s& N& f( c" wWood framing you either go to home depot or trust fabricateor company order the size

For side framing you need 9' heigh spacing at 3'-5'.
For dry wall you order compacted  wood compound as your size
For truss you have to order truss from truss fabricating company

; V, Q2 k3 e; W, y8 MThen you can naill compacted wood compound(1.5" to 2") to the wall framing, and to the roof (1")

Off course you need layout your electrical wire.

今天去TOTEM看PACKAGE才知道TOTEM已经被RONA收购了，TOTEM和HOMEDEPOT的PACKAGE价格都要7000多，不知他们何时会有DISCOUNT，我要9月份搬家。谢谢回复。
