; b' F5 D: W F1 t$ A. mwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft

Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the

Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for0 z z1 ~( |9 ~# n' L$ h$ F" K
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
7 T* j$ O, M S7 I8 X1 J$ ipart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
1 ]- H2 X: i6 N) ]3 k0 rHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
& f0 T @/ I( E8 n4 P+ Y3 }them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
6 Q7 `* G' {# _0 A. shours are part of this crew’s duties.& e( l. ~' i. M" L& c/ c$ y
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the) w* G& q) l1 J2 p6 K4 m4 O
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
7 P6 @- g) t& I7 ^! E' K' Y' ?) ?programs to visitors to the festival.
' `' s v: L$ q; Z% a' gKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
, W- y/ q& }0 c9 [8 a) R$ M# Y; s8 Reveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.% `0 \4 y/ J' d/ W+ \' r
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed% O5 d/ }) m, L9 C4 w B
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the& e7 l( _4 W! Y3 _$ S" Q
festival.3 s2 _6 ^2 g4 z0 ~+ D
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
3 {, C9 U8 z* W1 ioperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
7 p3 a7 V0 x3 I6 ^4 d$ \$ Iare physically fit and ready for any emergency.
; X8 E$ O* N: d$ U8 U* l3 fStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training( g" [8 N1 ^2 `, ~
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
8 P. `0 d* g3 b5 R. Q/ zTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
/ p0 \/ u; z. c+ d% W7 C" h3 Frequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as3 F. l) T- c% T1 n
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
/ s+ {% c& B9 l' cstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
