Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and1 t" U! B" j% _ B% j
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft# a% h0 h' f8 i3 l w- k
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
- N% N+ v: [8 @) I4 a, j- aChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the2 X4 Z8 @& e1 ?. R6 w8 K2 C6 a
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.- G# [. f. f5 T! \
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
5 [ S# \* l* L) D" J5 L/ @visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the) q+ z' H8 X8 W; n
recyclables.9 k( Z5 S$ n- K' q. U
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be: ^; @- Z9 c1 _0 Z
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
5 K' W q7 F4 _$ zHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
; L9 r: u) r% z. j8 Qthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late

Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the3 k% p2 `9 L2 n! f
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide

Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
7 `" x* `* ~" Neveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.1 k" |1 J+ e& i; H, U
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
5 D" U, F* ~8 I" Q0 nevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the8 M" _' K3 Y7 F9 L7 }* Z" J
festival.
R' A" N% E$ J! }( `Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is1 h* N! K1 N& I& V- G3 I# X
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
- u$ [! [! z- q/ m( ?8 Zare physically fit and ready for any emergency.& S9 b& g! E$ E: v; l0 e+ V
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
8 @) S2 p% g# I/ I) V: a/ ?and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
0 y# [& {; i/ C" t. L! \Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be1 a# z/ o! P" f X5 j( E& A
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as5 j' r' @; ^2 y2 j$ Y0 N( R
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
