REIN organized a bus tour of Alberta Industrial Heartland today for 500 members.

51,000 million dollar capital money for next 10 years, 2100 operational jobs.

One speaker in my bus is the chairman of AIH association, the other speaker is an investor from Europe who brings here $$$ million dollars for investment.

But A LOT of members are from Calgary and Vancouver who made a fourtune in their cities.  Now they are coming to the town.

You can check how many listing left in Fort Saskatchewan after the tour today.

Data only, use it for your own judgement.  BIG risk in real estate investment, make sure you are aware of it, do your own research!

You are right, Syneco project is on hold indefinitely.

There are hundres of people joined REIN this year alone.

IMO, REIN will provide a network to do the business and provide you data for you to make your own decision.

The cost is probably $2500 per year.
