为稳妥起见,可以上深圳的官方网看看英文字头缩写,就能顺出来了.) l! M3 ?: H, q
滞纳进出金:late fees ) d3 |" G7 v b& X' Q9 W0 t0 H' T一般写法是:Late fees in the amount of $$$$ per day/month/year will be applied to all accounts in arrears........

Connie, I think in an official document, you might want to use "Lessor" and Lessee" especially for firm-to-firm rent.
