to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
( a) ^% e: B" eexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
! _9 D- Y5 E8 Acoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
0 m; E0 g# Z- j% b% {implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.


You get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
( m# m  q9 D3 d% [service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
( w/ E8 f" B" Y, Rrelated HRMIS software.
