4 F: B/ m% a/ N. l8 Xto deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
- [# o; m  C# U5 n1 T) rcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
4 d# m; O  m0 p: ^5 J3 Rjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
8 s+ C0 l4 S1 i( Qimplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

+ B; E; m9 u" T$ dservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
