Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
2 v; h, ^6 q5 U2 A$ Rexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
2 ]$ f) P$ l1 J$ P6 Y# Rcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
