management administrator to support our Data Hub application and the move to a data-centric information model.


6 D* ?1 _1 O" ?+ n4 ^Investment Administration Division provides comprehensive back-office support services for Alberta Investment
! I1 L' J9 ~( wManagement and various other government departments and agencies encompassing assets under management in excess
of $70billion. As the Data Hub Administrator, you will utilize your strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-
making skills to perform ongoing assessments and reviews to validate HUB data. Based on your assessments, you will
# O6 _3 y( D& L7 J, ?2 q* X  x5 Ecoordinate the release and distribution of HUB data reports each day to various end users and clients. As our Data HUB
. `$ [3 G" I, o4 d9 Qevolves through several phases, clients will expect you to keep pace with all new developments.


Data management activities are characterized by due diligence and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that HUB
) s1 }0 P: H0 E0 dreferential data is complete, accurate and accessible on a timely basis. To expedite HUB database readiness, flexible hours
of work with an early start time will be a requirement of the position. A special work hour provision applies with a
7 E1 F* p+ Q& H6 W! X7 a4 B' adaily start time in the range of 4:00am to 6:00 am, commencing after initial training is completed.

Qualifications – Completion of a diploma in Computing Science supplemented by 4 years progressively responsible data
) l% I9 R0 ]3 @1 I$ gmanagement experience. Finance and/or investment knowledge is preferred. The ideal candidate will have formal
education in Computing and Finance. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and some familiarity with SQL
# U6 y- |2 ]. Y! |  k- p# p/ E7 R5 Vwould be considered assets. Equivalencies will be considered.
