group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

8 b. M6 O) ^7 b; l: C, A/ Q# i. {As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
. _0 U: m2 ]' H0 u1 Vgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
% H' `9 E( b+ S: @9 F, yassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

. N2 o" d' G- ?8 Y7 lQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
6 m2 B. y: E% W' W. z* {3 xsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
