group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
1 u& R. q& F& B9 J  D6 F& N8 A4 Kassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
- Q$ `4 N& e3 ?- P& R  _6 S% o9 egroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
0 t! A& k! _) D! W# @  u: b+ v4 Q# K3 p- raddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,

work within the TRA Division.

' h* a, P0 j$ M5 OQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
+ t3 P4 T2 F( J# \supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
