No matter how good the economy is, the reality is that the house prices went up by 50% whereas wages went up only 5%. The boom benefits business and wealthy people most, but didn't help mid class much.

You are right. The budget has tripled and the construction has started. But the problem is where our government will go to get the rest of the money? If they use the money for other things, then other things (such as education,
6 w3 t5 s# i" Vreacreation, medical care, transportation or police) will be delayed.
