聪明的投资者总在别人观望的时候果断地建仓。 虽然六月份卖房的牌子增多了，但笔者认为这个市场上价格的每一次回调或大多数人的观望正是你购买的最好时机。 为什么？因为EDMONTON房价的上涨是由它的健康的经济增长所决定的。如果说05和06的房价上涨主要是由于油砂的开发和投资而导致移民的涌入而造成的，那么今年或以后两年房价的持续上涨将是由于本市人民日益增加的财富而驱动的。笔者刚刚看到的报道显示，本市仅仅用于扩建23 avenue 的政府投资就将达到近2亿元。油砂的开发而带来的经济增长和政府基础设施的投资无疑都直接地增加了本市老百姓的财富。无房户购买小户型 - 小户型换大户型 - 大户型换豪华型 将是今年乃至今后两年房价上涨的主流。

  a' H. a8 }( v8 p$ ?7 H+ c6 MNo matter how good the economy is, the reality is that the house prices went up by 50% whereas wages went up only 5%. The boom benefits business and wealthy people most, but didn't help mid class much.

( H' ^% M# w3 b4 m- `0 ^What I have heard is that a lot people are selling to their houses in Edmonton and retire in Manitoba or Saskatchwan.

You are right. The budget has tripled and the construction has started. But the problem is where our government will go to get the rest of the money? If they use the money for other things, then other things (such as education,

yeah, that's the problem. actually the government did hesitate to put such a big amount of money into this project, what which means?
