我们降价主要是考虑家庭客观因素,对市场不具代表性,希望不要影响大家对市场的判断.
当然目前市场上的房价和交易速度确实在往低走,这也肯定影响了我们的价格,但我想说的是,起主要作用的还是我们自己的客观情况,毕竟我们才list刚刚一周.
