JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- N. l+ j9 {8 [$ t' @
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical , N5 T4 u2 Z5 S% u
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
6 O! C; J+ U3 E( w/ j# Iof Course Pack production.

7 X$ j/ P- u, ?# J+ v, ~' w8 ODUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:! c, y q2 S* ^/ F
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
' q: H1 P. ?' P# ^: Qof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
: ]3 X l( ] ?$ U
1 }3 G, p, g2 I1 l2 i2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
% A. W4 h; M. ]# r" f! g4 [print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

: D* p J, _% e, R3 e' T6 J m6 t3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ) z/ [0 m+ a* E- n# t5 E2 n, R) t# u& q
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and " T' I) ?/ D/ q; T, J0 A7 d
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

4 U- Z& \% S* B% t' t/ h$ N: B0 R5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, U% q3 B2 W* ^2 s1 \
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
