1 N) ~! P( ?" P0 X+ b8 JSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
1 L+ h$ R, E, t- Yof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
( C5 ]) h# |, b5 P+ ^1 G3 h1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
$ T; F* B2 Z8 a3 X) _& H4 nof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.8 h2 Z! |6 ^, `' {+ W K
. ]) T# z& t$ z, y9 d7 I2 R2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
: r: n# k, v; d# iprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
7 \1 D8 C L: m# z- c) M4 {3 n; m* T( S. _3 Q/ I
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of - o7 K4 h3 n- l+ ?+ y) E
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and , G6 i- ^+ _% m3 d; o
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

/ C6 } f1 ?! W" c4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ( O) t$ V+ `7 T; E0 s5 d
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

6 O+ g- T% E( [9 _; b& Y3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
