JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- & x* G- v" Q Q) |0 k2 `
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical ; {9 T( {8 i, e1 ^% e8 e$ L! o" j
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 2 \- K v) p+ M: D9 e: G, i: R
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: {! f; L H' X3 f6 J* ]
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ) B5 B% M* r2 q, Q( i
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.! S8 b1 z5 D: i* X. F8 k
' O$ E( r" [8 K1 ?. i
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
+ B K1 A. j8 n: S; ~/ f3 vprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
8 V: z: E6 j, C+ \+ p" l0 Z- Y7 u) S
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
: Y) K; `' o- U( H% a1 t! acourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
: l# b5 d. e1 m& k% d0 Vkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ( N5 l1 R9 k8 W" K
failures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent./ S) T7 w9 g* a# @; i4 N- n; _' M
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

4 ^( Q0 r9 ~& n3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.' S; H/ J |0 h2 Q4 o1 j
. {! @% D" \! e. A+ t4 u2 x( l% P4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
