DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- g1 O5 [$ a6 b7 g: V1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 5 [3 q; Z& ^' l5 L
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.* Q- ?: D& z) W2 }) |0 R
* F; u5 k0 g8 f2 J5 L$ A: _2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including q7 r s7 H& {& \, E+ F9 h
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.# D9 i4 o( ?( t3 a# A' M
' X; c( ]) M% R# E$ x4 j) O3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 9 J: ^6 e* M9 f4 h7 {
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 3 j3 ~; G1 m8 }) @- T: | k9 u
keeping appropriate and accurate records.& F, f4 e. T& K

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, # i( m1 M% i+ w8 _2 [
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
& b# V: b/ z' P/ s2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ' k- g3 p b- H5 T8 l
skills.
) U3 ]! u# N, m: w, W* A1 |& R8 z
2 m: Z9 Y" q" v& ^/ `+ r: m" N% W& L! v3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
