of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:8 r! N6 h- ~" L, m s7 X# B
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
3 h% Y" ], R3 Oof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
: |- s/ ?( E; O1 o/ y5 v7 C! P* ^& M
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
! \ i5 V1 {+ L5 ~6 Jprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
0 b# s% R+ |7 Q$ i, ~0 v6 Y0 P* k' i% d& B6 H# b& C% ^/ o p9 h
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
. b6 r8 M/ D0 v7 Zcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and & R0 C5 j; H5 O" R" C1 @9 u/ s
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication ( Z8 P' X: w$ D5 T$ m# f- W
skills.4 n4 q }& C' c/ S8 O O1 D, S" X1 y
6 C/ Q+ V5 T4 |3 \3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.. a8 x9 C1 t, @( Z% t( G1 n
. ]& {$ d8 b, W& q4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
