JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 3 q1 K3 x; o/ r) z9 `; l. P
of Course Pack production.- C3 e* q% p! V6 Z0 A( E( G
: z9 c$ |* Z6 \8 V g% s( HDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1 g4 S% G% w) }) S3 p
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
) w/ w4 Z: \- |3 z+ @! \of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
! \8 F; h4 F5 A! A1 d* K9 l
0 A+ @; K/ G1 T4 b; D: \2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 5 @( e S8 o; R3 x, H Z
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
& I% c8 B1 |( t9 M6 V& o
+ ~+ U8 q4 ?- `3 t* q' A3 U- S9 V- x3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
. L* ^- a7 y9 b2 f& v+ X1 \course packs. This includes following operational procedures and " Z% ]8 U# G, S/ s, I
keeping appropriate and accurate records.# B+ h: _" b q# Q+ N

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ( Z/ o( e- o& E4 F
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 7 { }* M% w. a
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.3 E4 ^/ H* U- Y( _4 s
