同志们都这么沉不住气，要我说什么？
今年二月头我卖掉我的房子的时候，全新，有地板，1843sqft
. `: G5 X3 v% q: s3 O价格437000；一月买的一个2230sqft，全新，房子两边是小路，接近8000sqft的lot,地板、瓷砖等等，460000。
$ G" J3 @: ^' Y& o/ Q3 S# k- |8 Y这些如果是现在买需要多少钱？
8 a& a7 `/ D& {- c8 b/ ]3 q1 G$ x8 Q所以今年的任务已经完成。给点余地明后年——就是我的观点。

觉得最近不好卖，但是房是不会大跌的，稳定下来就好了。

真是站着说话不腰疼，你以为人人都像你一样大款啊，俺也不想现在卖房，俺也想等到房子长到一百万，俺可得能坚持住啊。。

we can bet it. My guess is after 5 years, the oil price is around 30-50, the house price is almost the same of last yeasr or even lower--depents how strong the CAD is and how high the interest rate hikes
