Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will
( z$ o" v; O1 a; m6 w" wsay it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't
% o' n5 j( ^8 b0 e( \$ u8 W. nregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.3 _! \. E2 R" A9 C
3 w9 p6 O4 z. q5 y: W% OThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from

a big reduction in h.air loss.

and my Nizoral shampoo.

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job

there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so- N9 r% T* T O
aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs
# ]! B" y* p- U4 O* owith one h.air washing.

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any

h.air from falling out. Taking Provillus will help regrow h.air.
