the fact that the university housing has no more space for newcomers

=19500CAD. What I get is something around 1000CAD/month!!! after

imagine that a new student gets the same amount of money that I am ' O0 ^$ a& S4 M5 X& X$ t
getting now and I was getting 3 years ago but he or she (like all of
2 o. w: p3 W+ \us) has to pay twice as much as I was paying for housing when I was $ K& w* W6 k# C( d9 j% [: ~
admitted and has to incur at least 70% more in average living costs.

Alberta has a remarkable record in absorbing various money and grants

students are the main pillars of research work at the university.

My objective in bringing all abovementioned points in your attention
! K: m- z% w8 p) }" T }is to question the adequacy of financial aid for graduate and $ G; w- s8 ~! F1 }9 T2 N3 \6 O' k
especially international students. Isn抰 it time for the GSA to take- b$ K& m- R% d0 d8 ^+ P
7 k- l2 F+ B5 [" U& l
initiative in raising the issue of increasing financial aid for
1 k6 P" y/ {7 P# qgraduate students so that the can afford this increase in costs?
