Here is the 3-year dependability study:
5 Q+ K' n, ^$ [8 y) L; Z: p(There is a difference between quality and dependability studies. For example, a broken cup-holder is a problem in both studies. But if the cup-holder looks ugly and flimsy to most customers, then it is a problem in the 90-day quality study, but not the 3-year dependability study.)
