申请者应满足如下条件:
- m/ _% C+ K) m6 ~3 N% k: oa) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
! g9 [/ l5 n; b, l' r5 Qenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
* k) N. H2 j; m$ ^$ B9 f  Eand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
- g$ t$ ?, C# y2 G; gPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
. e1 A2 c( H8 X& T(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
