b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

8 A: s' d) I  ^4 J/ b3 \d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
. V7 L' D4 _' p" p# cand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
5 z( x" [4 N' X& |. ~Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
+ K& a* q$ k+ s3 Cintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
% i7 L) }, h  F  k! r2 p(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
