( R6 F/ N# @5 B7 c! F, t. t( Q% h9 hJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

$ m% b% ]. @% ^& p+ m6 T8 l DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
) \# \( M5 B7 l0 C; q, X* e
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
, I9 Z+ s/ I9 @& v* c* T* l
3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

& Q, x% m* ]4 K# n. w4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

- B2 d3 h5 F& i7 s# ~1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
- i( B1 f) x6 e# M3 C3 o7 l6 |% j0 e) X
' k  ~+ ^' [6 I( L) b! ~/ t2) Cashier experience.
  R2 k, h) P( E" c$ o, I
; d8 z! j' P* \1 N/ Y3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
$ C9 I  f+ Z* {' j1 x
9 }( f3 D# s9 P) P4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
