% @! d9 p9 i0 Y4 T+ bJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

1 u  w& k3 E: r% e DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

# ]4 Z' O: U6 c# P' o7 A. o7 V1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
# J) H; @+ P3 X/ V# U
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

. z" \+ y2 }+ K# y$ H/ ]3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

; v8 e8 L4 D9 [$ \5 q5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

& Y3 E$ G5 z2 X+ r1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
+ s: ~" U* m2 R3 i" y
2) Cashier experience.
; _1 N. f5 f' W  I' X3 t
. ~" r+ I7 K0 K6 y0 A3 p5 O: B3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
