JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

6 F# C5 x+ F4 L5 s DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

! v8 {- M" |  X7 X! p1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
" o8 d* I, z+ C- W" V1 b; l! e
7 Q0 P# |: T, q& I4 O/ C2 f1 k2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

5 m& g3 \; m3 D8 c4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

& z) X0 m. k  v$ J1 x2) Cashier experience.
. T( s' @/ ]8 Z2 q9 @: n
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

- o) c8 t" p* l- Z; W5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
