) _1 y0 s0 T& m7 Z5 Q of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the
0 P2 q4 \( j' O6 m( Y9 M  ? eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese
& U. i- T( y( K. D9 |* }+ b cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and
, ^) i0 ^* j! h customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on
" v* o* h* H8 K9 H6 p4 f; v$ ~ this broad land.

: h7 l4 [/ n2 q- ]- x! oWe encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to
contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and
6 W3 Y! V" S. V3 v+ f+ w# W talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in
5 E0 j2 N' j1 H% A' ]& Z8 m3 \ performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show
" t+ m, ?( Q1 S. k; P# A ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in
Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a
" v. D. v8 G2 _( r/ s lot of fun, like what we did before.
) |8 h9 Z4 ?; W( O# P
3 `- [0 `6 v9 |4 D2 u1 [. O' t8 ]& qAs far as your prospective programs are concerned, they can be songs
; b9 B0 e- p7 b0 X' s sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),
stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any
1 [" |1 L( E% [( e8 ]) ?3 R performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your
; |( n8 \9 P& m program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since
CSSA executives want to have a show collectively.

Meanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also
  j: x7 r7 Y6 t* ]8 {( a on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system
control.
